This 4,000 SQ FT space was originally two buildings. Both torn down to the bare bones to make way for this flagship space in the heart of Miami’s Design District. As the sole PM on this project, I handled all client and subcontractor meetings often on site with the client and design team to ensure the execution of every detail.
